The single was released digitally on July 20th, 2024 on YouTube and SoundCloud.

This release is preceded by UNDEFINABLE.

Personal Experience: 1oolm


Background


I found a song and wanted to sample it. I was sitting at graduation dinner (which went horribly) and the blasting mono speaker system made me want to die, but also try my hand at mixing in mono. The original joke was that the track was going to play twice in the upcoming album's tracklist, (original mix and mono mix) but later on this was scrapped, probably for the better.
The next day, production begins.

Release


It went pretty smoothly, if we don't count the unfortunate circumstances that caused streaming service distribution to die. For the first time I had plenty of time between finalizing the audio and release day, and I got to promote the track a bit before release. I didn't even spoil the entire thing to everyone beforehand! This is progress.
The amount of time I had to listen to the track over and over again (43 hours of project time and redundant pre-release checks) made me hate it, but recent mental developments and personal improvements are at action, and as of writing this I feel good about this.
I bet some friends will like it.
